Heute ist bei uns der erste Tag mit "offizieller" Schule, Monika ist mehr als nur gefordert. Die beiden kleinen Girlies haben wohl nur schon vom zusehen in den Jetset Modus gewechselt. Prinzipiell : Nein ich habe keine Lust, ich will nichts machen und Glace essen.



Today is the first day with "official" school, Monika is more than challenged. It seems as if the two little girlies have switched to Jetset mode just by watching. As a matter of principle: No I am not in a mood to, I don't want to do anything and I want to eat icecream.

Habe mich heute mal hoch in das Rigg gemacht. 26 Meter ist nicht gerade nichts, vor allem wenn es noch Wind und Wellen hat.  Leider haben wir einen Riggschaden an einer der Carbonwanten entdeckt. Was das bedeutet kann ich im Moment noch nicht sagen, aber es wird unsere Reise sicher nicht beschleunigen. ;-)

Today I went up to the Rigg. 26 meters is not nothing, especially if there is wind and waves. Unfortunately we have discovered a rigg damage on one of the carbon shrouds. At the moment I cannot yet say what this means, but it will definitely not speed up our journey ;-)

Pünktlich zum Sunset haben die Arbeiter begonnen die Hagazussa abzuschnallen und die Schweissnähte zu durchtrennen.



On time with the sunset the workers have started to unfasten the Hagazussa and to cut the welding seams.

Endlich, am 21. April gegen Mittag konnten wir auf das Transportschiff von Sevenseas, doch bis wir im Wässer waren dauerte es nochmals mehrere Stunden und es war bereits Nacht als wir in der Queensway Marina in Gibraltar anlegten.



Finally, on 21st April around noon we could enter the transport ship from Sevenseas, but until we left port it took again several hours and it was already night when we entered port in the Queensway Marina in Gibraltar.

Angekommen in Gibraltar warten wir nun das wir unser Schiff entladen können. Der neuste Termin ist: Morgen um 13h00
